In Rwanda, Children and Youth make up a big number of the Rwandan population, but they often have low rates of structured and professional social behaviour change education and information. As a result, youth are faced with issues that greatly contribute to health challenges like early pregnancies, rights violation, drugs and drug abuse, incidences of sexually transmitted infections, gender-based violence (GBV), school dropouts, issues related to, environment, life and work readiness skills, among others
❖ Addressing youth and adolescent social behaviour change, career and environmental issues through social behaviour change communications solutions and youth mentorship interventions is a key priority for Heritage Communications in supplementing on the Government of Rwanda’s effort to have a healthy and productive society through children and youth.
❖ Addressing and responding to social and behavioural issues of the youth has been proven globally to have strong positive contributions to improving reproductive health and educational outcomes, hence social economic development to the society. Heritage Communications invests a lot in youth, caregivers and teachers through our educational and SBC programs and interventions for sustainable development.

Yes, we exclusively offer career development programs to students for their academic excellence as well as talent development through career guidance programs. We also train teachers on career development for their career excellence as well as career guidance training for them to be able to support and guide students in their career journey through appropriate career choices and career path
You can participate in our behavior change programs by; attending our face-to-face sessions, watching online, attending our training sessions, or by professionally offering your skills to mentor youth, guide parents and speak about policy. We work with schools, Government institutions, NGOs, individual experts, corporate organizations, etc...
